Dr. Tarah Lynch, Ph.D

Hi!

I am a scientist with over 20 years of research and education experience. My goal is to bring a fresh perspective to career planning and team dynamic training that is relevant to any field.

Being a scientist is all about curiosity; a willingness to be objective, observe and explore.

In science, we design experiments and gather data to identify patterns that help us understand our world. We publish research so others can evaluate the information through their unique lens and advance the collective knowledge.

Amidst a world of customized algorithms, biased media, and remote work, it can be hard to see the patterns and connections we have with each other. Nevertheless, these connections do exist! Our task is to develop the ability to see them.
